This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Rajarhat. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with travel consulting, travel management, travel arrangements, and handling reservations. Daily tasks include providing excellent customer service, making travel recommendations, and ensuring all travel plans are executed flawlessly.
Qualifications
- Skills in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
- Experience in handling Reservations and managing customer inquiries
- Robust Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business,
or related field is preferred
- 6 months to 3 year of experience as a sales consultant ( background in travel industry ) salary up to 25k - Knowledge of Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia , Maldives
- Should be a graduate & have a tourism background
- Excellent knowledge of the latest tourism trends
- Good understanding of international destinations - Vietnam, Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia, Mauritius, Maldives and Domestic Destinations within India
- Good knowledge of travel software and hotel contracting
- Good sales and presentation skills
- Candidate with rich personal experience in traveling will have an advantage.
