As a Travel Consultant, you'll work closely with travelers to understand their preferences, curate personalized itineraries, and guide them through every step of their booking journey. With in-depth destination training and our advanced itinerary-building platform, you'll be equipped to deliver exceptional travel experiences while achieving your sales goals. ? Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

Understand customer travel preferences and expectations.

Design customized travel itineraries based on interests and budgets.

Deliver exceptional customer service from enquiry to booking.

Sales & Relationship Building

Convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.

Destination Expertise

Stay updated on travel trends and destinations.

Recommend the best accommodations, experiences, and activities.





Showcase the value of Tentgram's experiential travel packages.

Communication

Interact confidently with customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

Clearly explain itineraries, pricing, inclusions, and travel requirements. ✅ What We're Looking For

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

Customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills.

Passion for travel and creating memorable experiences.

Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (Travel & Tourism preferred).

Experience in B2C sales or the travel industry is an added advantage.

Knowledge of itinerary planning and popular travel destinations.

Fluency in English is essential.
