About the Role

Dream On Travel is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Travel Consultant - Operations to manage day-to-day logistics, coordinate with vendors, and ensure our trips run smoothly from planning to execution. The ideal candidate is an efficient communicator, quick decision-maker, and passionate about creating memorable travel experiences for our community.

Key Expectation

The role will ensure smooth end-to-end trip execution by researching best experiences, managing vendor coordination, transportation logistics, and on-ground arrangements. This includes researching and onboarding the right properties and partners, handling daily operational communications, and serving as the primary point of contact during trips to guarantee a seamless travel experience. The Senior Operations

Head will play a key part in turning travel plans into reality – balancing research, coordination, and on-ground problem solving with efficiency, spontaneity, and care. Key Responsibilities

Research new properties, transport vendors, and destinations to enhance trip quality.

Handle transportation logistics, including vehicle bookings and transportation booking for ongoing trips

Coordinate with property owners, transport providers, and other vendors for every trip.

Negotiate rates and build robust, reliable vendor relationships

Collaborate with sales and customer teams to ensure smooth travel itineraries.

Act promptly to resolve any operational challenges during travel.





Maintain and update records of vendor deals, payments, and trip logistics. Requirements

Graduate in any field, both freshers and experienced, can apply

Proven experience in operations, logistics, or travel coordination is a plus

Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil , And should be fluent in any one of the regional languages - Malayalam , Hindi or Kannada

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions under pressure.

Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.

Bonus: Familiarity with popular travel destinations and hospitality standards.

Kindly note, this job requires you to work in Coimbatore and commute to the office regularly. There is no remote or hybrid position available. Other important things to note

We are considering Coimbatore-based candidates only.

This is a work-from-office position, and a daily commute to the office is required.

The starting salary is ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month, based on the performance
