Job Title: Travel Associate

Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

Experience: 2–5 Years

Working Days: 6 Days a Week About the role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Travel Associate to manage end-to-end travel arrangements for employees, leadership, and guests. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in domestic and international travel coordination, vendor management, itinerary planning, and travel operations while ensuring a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end domestic and international travel bookings, including flights, hotels, visas, airport transfers, and other travel-related services.

Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure timely communication of travel plans to employees and stakeholders.

Coordinate with airlines, travel agencies, hotels, and other vendors to secure the best rates and services.

Handle visa documentation, travel insurance, and other travel compliance requirements.

Monitor travel schedules and proactively manage last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergencies.

Ensure adherence to company travel policies and optimize travel costs without compromising quality.

Maintain accurate travel records, invoices, and expense documentation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with travel vendors and negotiate competitive pricing.

Address employee travel queries and provide prompt support before,



during, and after travel.

Prepare periodic travel reports, analyze travel spend, and recommend cost-saving initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

2–7 years of experience in travel coordination, corporate travel management, or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel booking processes.

Experience with travel booking platforms, GDS systems, or corporate travel management tools is preferred.

Familiarity with visa processing, travel documentation, and travel insurance.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent travel requirements efficiently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in managing travel for corporate leadership or large teams.

Robust negotiation and vendor management skills.

Knowledge of international travel regulations and documentation requirements.
