Strategic Leadership

- Define the national transportation strategy for surface logistics.
- Build scalable network models to support rapid business growth.
- Lead and mentor Zonal transport managers across the country.

Operational Excellence

- Oversee day-to-day air operations nationwide.
- Minimize transit times while maintaining high service reliability.
- Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Vendor & Compliance Management

- Negotiation commercials.
- Manage vendor service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
- Ensure 100% compliance with transport regulations, safety rules, and transit laws.

Financial Accountability

- Own the national transportation budget and P&L; goals.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through route optimization and load utilization.
- Control freight, handling, and market operating costs.

Technology Integration

- Implement advanced Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and tracking tools.
- Leverage data analytics to predict bottlenecks and optimize asset use.

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience & Education

- Masters degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- 12+ years of experience in multi-modal logistics operations.
- Minimum 5 years leading national-level surface networks

Core Competencies

- Deep knowledge of line-haul surface networks.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and financial forecasting skills.
- Proficiency in logistics tech software like TMS and GPS tracking.
