Must have skills : ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Positive to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Role Summary We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with deep expertise in CMDB, ITSM, Discovery, and Service Mapping to design, architect, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions. The architect will lead technical design, ensure platform best practices, and drive CMDB health, Discovery implementation, and ITSM transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Architect and implement enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions with a focus on CMDB, ITSM, Discovery, and Service Mapping. Design and maintain a robust CMDB aligned with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM). Lead Discovery implementation across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Define CMDB governance, data lifecycle, reconciliation, identification, and data quality processes. Design integrations with enterprise monitoring, cloud, virtualization, and asset management tools. Provide technical leadership during solution design, development, deployment, and production support.





Ensure adherence to ServiceNow architecture standards, security, and best practices. Collaborate with enterprise architects, infrastructure teams, security teams, and business stakeholders. Guide development teams through code reviews, design reviews, and technical mentoring.

Optimize platform performance and scalability. Lead upgrade planning and platform modernization initiatives.
