Position: Training & Placement Office (TPO)

Department: Career Development Centre

Reports to: Principal

Location: RNS First Grade College, Bangalore

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Qualification: MBA

Experience:

· Minimum 2-4 years of experience in training and placement coordination, corporate relations, or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

· Strong network of corporate contacts across various industries for facilitating internship and job placements to B.Com, BBA, BCA, and MBA students.

Skills:

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Strong leadership and team management abilities.

· Sound knowledge of industry trends, recruitment practices, and employability requirements.

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and placement management tools/software.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.





· Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Working Conditions:

· Full-time role

· Occasional evening or weekend work required, particularly during peak placement seasons.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
