Required Candidate profile:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer (Sales or Collection Process) in Call center.
Candidate must proficient in Hindi (speak) and English language.
Soft skill training working experience.
Good interpersonal skill. Strong understanding of and experience in product training preferably in domestic BPO domain Valuable in PPT & Excel.
