Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging training sessions across multiple domains including Sales, Operations, Academics, and Human Resources.
- Develop training content, modules, assessments, facilitator guides and learning materials aligned with business needs.
- Manage training schedules, maintain training records, track assessment scores and feedback responses.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments, surveys and performance metrics. Preferred Candidate Profile: •

Qualification:

Fresh Graduates/Post-Graduates eligible.
