Requirements

Detailed Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on various topics, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.

- Conduct on-the-job training and provide coaching to employees to reinforce learning and improve performance.





- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

- Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources.

- Requirements and Skills:

- Proven experience as a Trainer or similar role in any industry

- Robust presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences

- Ability to engage and motivate learners of various skill levels.
