The Hotel Operations Trainee (HOT) is responsible for undergoing structured training across various hotel departments to gain comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations, guest service standards, and hospitality management practices. The trainee will work closely with department heads and team members to develop operational, leadership, and customer service skills.

Guest Service

Ensure excellent guest satisfaction through professional and courteous service.

Address guest inquiries and requests promptly.

Maintain positive guest relations and uphold brand standards.

Administrative Support

Prepare reports and maintain departmental records.

Assist in coordinating operational activities and special events.

Support inventory control and documentation processes. Compliance & Safety Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and safety procedures.

Maintain confidentiality of hotel and guest information.

Ensure compliance with hygiene and health regulations.
