Key Responsibilities:

- Production Planning:
- Collaborating with the production team to create production plans and schedules.
- Developing plans based on customer orders, production capacity, and resource availability.
- Ensuring production targets and deadlines are met.
- Resource Management:
- Managing and allocating resources such as manpower, equipment, materials, and tools required for production.
- Optimizing resource utilization to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
- Quality Control:
- Implementing and maintaining quality control standards and procedures.
- Ensuring products meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify and rectify quality issues.
- Process Improvement:
- Identifying areas for process improvement.
- Implementing strategies to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Team Supervision:
- Leading and supervising a team of production staff.
- Responsible for hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensuring that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively.
