This role is part of Gallagher reinsurance team with back-end servicing for premium, treaty, and claims processing. It is a client-facing operations/support role focused on handling complex servicing tasks, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting renewals, marketing,



administration, and claims-related activities.

What the role involves

Coordinating with Account Managers, Account Executives, Producers, and Brokers

Supporting a designated book of business with complex client servicing needs

Resolving difficult customer service issues through research and carrier/agent interaction

Maintaining client communication logs

Assisting with new and renewal account marketing

Helping prepare client presentations and renewal materials

Supporting business development with existing clients

Identifying and communicating relevant legal or compliance issues

Conducting enrollment meetings and implementation procedures

Works with high-complexity accounts

Focuses on service delivery rather than sales targets

Requires strong coordination, problem-solving, and client communication skills

BCOM, BBA & BAF (Finance Background)
