Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic, target-driven, and internationally focused Trade Show Specialist – Business Development who is passionate about exhibitions, B2B sales, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will identify exhibitors participating in global trade shows, generate qualified leads, build long-term client relationships, and convert opportunities into successful exhibition projects.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with international clients, developing new business, and contributing to the growth of a fast-growing global exhibition company.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities from international and domestic trade shows.
- Research exhibitors, decision-makers, and target companies worldwide.
- Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM systems.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team to develop booth concepts.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Follow up with prospects until project closure.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals.
- Build long-term relationships with existing clients and encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with project management, design, production, and operations teams for smooth project execution.




- Stay updated on global exhibition calendars, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Represent Skyline Events professionally during exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.

Required Skills
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- International B2B sales experience is preferred.
- Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and marketing teams.
- Robust research and lead generation capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar lead generation tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in exhibition, event, advertising, branding, B2B sales, or business development.
- Experience working with international clients is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of global trade shows and exhibition industry will be a significant advantage.
