Key Responsibilities

- Handle all incoming counterparty settlement requests within pre-agreed timeframes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of counterparties.
- Track performance against assigned KPIs for trade operations.
- Collaborate with Trading Desk, Product, and Customer Success teams to meet client expectations.
- Ensure accurate execution of trades, transfers, and inventory reconciliations across internal subsystems and external systems (banks, custodians, etc.).
- Monitor daily inventory needs for settlement, lending, and borrowing activities, liaising directly with Treasury Management.
- Provide inputs to compliance and risk teams for designing practical controls within a changing regulatory workplace.
- Adhere to established trade operations processes designed for regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with Accounting to ensure timely and accurate trade and settlement data.
- Perform internal and external reconciliations to ensure data integrity, identify discrepancies, and resolve breaks.
- Continuously improve reconciliation processes and identify gaps for process enhancement.
