Hiring: Trade Finance Executive | Surat, Gujarat Location: Surat, Gujarat Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM We are hiring a Trade Finance Executive with strong expertise in trade finance operations, banking documentation, and Letter of Credit (LC) transactions. If you have experience working with banks, import/export documentation, and trade finance facilities, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end Trade Finance operations.

Handle

Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees, SWIFT transactions, import/export bills, and remittances . Coordinate with banks for trade finance facilities, LC negotiations, and banking charges. Liaise with the Supply Chain team regarding payment terms and LC requirements.

Prepare documentation for new banking facilities and renew existing credit facilities.



Review trade documents to ensure compliance with banking regulations and contractual terms. Monitor discrepancies and prepare reports with recommendations for process improvements.

Stay updated on UCP 600, ISBP , and other international trade finance regulations.

Requirements: MBA in Finance preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in Trade Finance, Business Banking, or Trade Facilities. Solid knowledge of banking processes and trade finance documentation. Excellent analytical and negotiation skills. Good understanding of currency risk and cash flow management. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
