Manager-Track Construction Manager Track- Key Responsibilities Planning and execution of track works (ballastless/ballasted track, turnout installation, welding, stressing, etc.). Coordination with civil, signalling, traction, and client teams for work fronts and interfaces. Monitoring progress against project schedules and achieving milestone targets.
Ensuring compliance with quality standards, specifications, and approved procedures. Managing subcontractors, manpower, machinery, and material availability. Conducting site inspections and resolving technical issues.
Ensuring safety compliance and implementation of HSE requirements. Preparing progress reports, resource plans, and recovery plans for delays. Supporting testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
