Role Description The Tour Manager Minimum 1 Year experience, role is a full time, on-site position based in Bhubaneshwar.

The Tour

Manager will oversee end-to-end tour operations, including planning itineraries, coordinating transport and accommodation, and ensuring smooth execution of daily tour schedules. The role involves communicating with customers, addressing queries, and providing on-ground support during tours to maintain a high level of service and safety.

Manager will liaise with vendors and service providers, manage bookings and documentation,



and monitor costs to align with package budgets. This position also includes resolving issues promptly, gathering customer feedback, and contributing to the improvement of tour packages and processes. Qualifications

Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with travelers and stakeholders.

Experience in tour planning, itinerary management, and on-ground coordination of transport, accommodation, and sightseeing.

Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tours, bookings, and last-minute changes.

Basic budgeting and cost control skills to manage tour expenses and maintain profitability.

Knowledge of key destinations in Odisha, especially Puri Jagannath Dham, and familiarity with popular domestic and international travel routes.

Proficiency in standard office and booking tools; ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by tour schedules.

Prior experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality is preferred; a diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
