Manage database and back office as required.
Ensure all issues relating to airline ticketing complied with best practice.
Effectively contribute towards strategy developments.
Monitor and communicate airline schedule changes and flight cancellations.
Check all manifests against information booked.
Work well to achieve targets and ensure that all queues and updates are regularly checked.
Utilize all preferred Airline contacts.
Handled internal and external calls, offering the highest level of customer service.
Issued airline tickets for bookings in line with contracts.
Profound knowledge of IATA regulations
Operational knowledge of CRS System Amadeus and CRS
Sound knowledge of Amadeus, Abacus, Galileo, World span and Saber
Solid ability to handle reservations by assigning flights and ticketing
Proven ability to work to deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under stressful situations and tight time constrain We need the Lifestyle/ Travel Manager to be experienced with Amadeus and should be able to train the team as well with basic ticketing skills. In addition, we need a sincere candidate who believes in Team Work.
