We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Ticketing Executive to join our travel agency team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of airline ticketing, reservation systems, and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international flight bookings.
- Assist customers with ticket reservations, cancellations, rebooking, and travel-related queries.
- Manage bookings through CRS/GDS systems.
- Issue, modify, and refund airline tickets as per airline policies.
- Coordinate with airlines and customers to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate booking records and provide timely updates to customers.
- Deliver excellent customer service while resolving travel-related issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a travel agency or airline ticketing role.
- Strong customer handling and communication skills.
- Experience using travel portals and online booking systems.
- Hands-on experience with CRS/GDS ticketing systems, especially:
- Galileo
- Amadeus
- Good knowledge of domestic and international airline fare rules and ticketing procedures.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism or any relevant field.
- Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
