Winding
Manager
Key Responsibilities: Oversee precision/assembly winding operations, optimize production efficiency, minimize yarn wastage, and ensure strict quality control standards.
Requirements: Proven supervisory/managerial experience in thread/yarn winding, solid team leadership skills, and expertise in modern winding machinery.
2.
Packing
In-Charge
Key Responsibilities: Manage final packaging operations, ensure accurate labeling and barcode compliance, streamline inventory dispatch, and maintain strict quality assurance before shipment.
Requirements: Experience in textile/garment packaging management, excellent organizational skills,
and proficiency in ERP/inventory software.
3.
Maintenance
Engineer (Mechanical/Plant)
Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for dyeing machines, finishing lines, and boilers to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with strong hands-on experience in textile processing machinery and plant utilities.

Electronics
Engineer
Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain automated machinery control systems, PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and electronic instrumentation across the plant.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering with proven experience in industrial automation and electrical control panels.
