Role Description The Textile Designer will create and develop fabric designs, including prints, graphics, and embroidery concepts, aligned with brand and client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing new collections, preparing design layouts, selecting color palettes, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring designs are technically feasible for manufacturing.

The role involves researching market trends, adapting patterns for different textile applications, and maintaining design documentation and samples. This is a full-time,



in office position located in Panipat, requiring close collaboration with in-house teams across design, production, and quality control.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Textiles and Textile Prints to develop commercially viable and innovative fabric designs.
- Candidates should possess skills in Embroidery design and application to create detailed and production-ready embellishment layouts.
- Candidates should possess skills in Graphics and Graphic Design to translate concepts into digital patterns, repeats, and artwork files.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or textile-specific CAD tools.
- Understanding of textile production processes, fabric types, and color matching techniques.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work on multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with design, sampling, and production teams on-site.
