Job Duties: Plan and undertake end-to-end test activities such as test effort estimation, test script development, test automation, test execution & defects management.
Create and execute appropriate quality plans, test strategies, and processes for development activities in
Design, document, manage and execute test cases.
Understand E2E flows and create E2E test cases.
Work closely with Development Team & PMs to understand product use cases and ensure the solution solves end-user use cases.
Perform ad hoc, regression testing of application whenever required and report defects.
Create test scripts for issues reported in the System.
Communicate progress and escalate issues precisely to the management in a timely manner.
Review test cases and automate wherever possible.
Educate team members on test automation and drive AI adoption.
Contribute/Maintain test automation framework development.
Monitor daily automation runs, analyze reports, share metrics with the Team. What we're looking for
Skills/Experiences: 2 – 7+ years of experience.
Experience in Manual/Functional/System testing
US Healthcare knowledge especially Provider and Claims.
Strong QA Automation engineer who can lead end-to-end test activities that includes regression, automation, defect management.
Build test automation and drive adoption of key initiatives and frameworks.
