Job Summary As a Testing & Evaluation Analyst in Digital Document Services, you will contribute to modernized testing strategies using automation and AI-driven techniques. You will help build scalable testing frameworks, support global stakeholders, and enhance quality through innovative and data-driven testing practices in a follow-the-sun model. Job Responsibilities - Execute automated, UAT,
and regression testing using up-to-date frameworks - Apply AI-enabled testing techniques to increase coverage and improve defect detection - Build and maintain automation scripts and reusable testing assets - Analyze testing data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities - Partner with product, operations, and technology teams to modernize testing processes - Support continuous improvement of AI-driven testing capabilities Required qualifications, capabilities and skills - Experience with automated testing frameworks - Knowledge of AI or data-driven testing approaches - Ability to analyze data and identify testing patterns - Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams - Experience supporting UAT and quality assurance activities Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills - Exposure to AI/ML testing tools - Experience in financial services or regulated environments
