Key Responsibilities

- Assist in testing of MV panels as per IEC / IS standards and internal quality guidelines.

- Support in basic troubleshooting during testing under supervision.

- Read and understand Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and electrical schematics.

- Learn about electrical protection systems and relays.

- Follow EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) practices during testing activities.

- Support team in preparing panels for customer inspections and FAT (Factory Acceptance Test).

- Work with senior engineers to ensure quality and timely dispatch of panels.





- Participate in continuous improvement (LEAN practices) and suggest ideas.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (2023 / 2024 / 2025 pass-outs).

- Basic understanding of power systems / switchgear preferred.

- Strong interest in manufacturing / testing roles.

- Experience: 0 to 2 years will be considered

Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and power systems

- Ability to read basic electrical drawings (SLD, schematics)

- Positive communication and teamwork skills

- Willingness to learn and work in a factory environment

- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
