Role Description We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance / Testing Manager or Senior Manager to lead testing activities for our next-generation OTT/micro drama platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining testing processes, leading QA teams, improving automation coverage and ensuring high-quality software releases. Key Skills:

Ensure high-quality software is developed and deployed across products.

Define and implement industry-standard testing methodologies.

Design processes for sanity, regression, performance, load and security testing.

Lead and manage a team of QA and testing engineers.

Define team KRAs and monitor progress against organisational goals.

Establish API testing practices using tools such as Postman.

Review test cases, test plans, defects and release readiness.

Implement testing best practices for messaging products including WhatsApp, Viber, RCS, email,



voice and chatbots.

Drive mobile application testing and test automation initiatives.

Coordinate testing activities across Agile and Waterfall delivery models.

Prepare timely QA reports, quality metrics and project documentation.

Identify skill gaps and define training requirements for the QA team.

Collaborate with development, product, DevOps and project management teams. Qualifications

Robust skills in Testing and Test Execution, with a proven ability to validate complex, user-facing products.

Experience in Test Management and Test Strategy, including planning, prioritizing, and coordinating test activities across teams.

Proficiency in designing, documenting, and maintaining Test Cases that cover functional, integration, and regression scenarios.

Hands-on experience with test management tools, defect tracking systems, and collaboration platforms.

Background in testing SaaS, web, or AI-powered applications;

experience with automation frameworks is a plus.

Ability to analyze requirements, identify risks, and translate them into actionable test plans.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in distributed, cross-functional teams.

Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Prior experience in a QA lead or manager role, including mentoring or coordinating QA team members.
