We are looking for a passionate Test Engineer to join our growing QA team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Test Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in manual testing, exposure to automation testing, and experience working in Agile environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our AI-powered software products.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business and functional requirements.

Perform Manual Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Smoke/Sanity Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Execute and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.

Perform API testing using Postman/Swagger and validate backend data using SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL).

Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects using Jira or similar bug-tracking tools.

Work with Git/GitHub and participate in CI/CD workflows using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

Test web applications, REST APIs, and AI-powered software solutions to ensure functionality, performance, usability, and reliability.

Collaborate with developers, product managers,



and business analysts in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software for US-based clients.

Prepare test execution reports, release documentation, and quality metrics before production deployments.

Stay updated with emerging testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and AI application testing practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

2–4 years of hands-on experience in Software Testing/Quality Assurance.

Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

Hands-on experience in manual testing with exposure to automation testing.

Experience testing web applications, APIs, and enterprise software.

Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience testing AI/ML or Generative AI applications is an added advantage.

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.

ISTQB certification is preferred but not mandatory.
