Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and improve overall team performance.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with project goals.

Drive innovation in testing methodologies to support evolving business needs.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Axway Specialized Tools.

Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and their integration with testing tools.

Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end quality engineering solutions.

Ability to analyze complex testing requirements and develop predictive testing models.

Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.

Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to automated testing environments.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Axway Specialized Tools.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
