The position requires driving the adoption of innovative and intelligent testing strategies that leverage automation to predict and address potential issues proactively.

Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and transformation of testing into a robust end-to-end function is a key aspect of the daily responsibilities.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with overall project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).

Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.

Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.

Ability to analyze complex systems and develop predictive testing models.

Familiarity with quality engineering tools and methodologies to improve testing accuracy and integrity.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate within the testing domain.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
