The position requires driving the adoption of forward-thinking and intelligent testing strategies that leverage automation and innovative solutions to ensure continuous improvement and excellence in quality delivery across projects.

Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.





Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices in test automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and improve overall team performance.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with project goals and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Mendix.

Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools relevant to Siemens Mendix environments.

Experience in designing and implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.

Ability to analyze complex systems and develop automated test scripts to ensure high-quality software releases.

Familiarity with quality engineering principles and methodologies to drive process improvements.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt testing approaches to evolving project requirements.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Siemens Mendix.

This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.

A 15 years full time education is required.
