Collaboration with various delivery teams is essential to ensure that the final product is reliable and ready for users.

The position demands a proactive approach to identifying issues early and contributing to the overall quality assurance process throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsible for team decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.

Mentor junior team members to build their skills and ensure consistent quality standards.

Coordinate with stakeholders to align testing activities with project goals and timelines.

Strong ability to design comprehensive manual test cases based on user stories and requirements.

Experience in defect identification, documentation, and tracking to facilitate effective resolution.

Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams including developers and business analysts.

Familiarity with quality assurance best practices and methodologies to ensure thorough testing coverage.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Retail Store Operations.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
