You will work collaboratively with various teams to evolve predictive and intelligent testing approaches, leveraging automation and innovative testing products and solutions to drive excellence in quality assurance.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in testing methodologies.

Continuously assess and improve testing processes to ensure alignment with industry best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR).

Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools.

Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.

Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform testing strategies.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their application in testing environments.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR).

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
