Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster skilled growth and skill development.

Coordinate with stakeholders to align testing objectives with overall project goals and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.

Strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.

Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing processes.

Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Knowledge of various testing methodologies and best practices to optimize automation efforts.

Experience with scripting languages and test management tools to support automation activities.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Automated Testing.

This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
