The Senior Test Analyst will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying and reporting defects, and providing recommendations for improvements to our development team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of software testing methodologies and experience working with a variety of testing tools.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for software development projects

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and report defects

- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts

- Participate in the design and implementation of testing tools and frameworks

- Train and mentor junior team members on testing best practices and methodologies





- Ensure compliance with testing standards and procedures

- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies

Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in software testing

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes

- Experience with a variety of testing tools, such as Selenium, JMeter, and Appium

- Experience with test automation and scripting languages such as Python or Java

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
