As a Territory Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and developing recent customers/dealers to improve cost, quality, and delivery effectiveness.
- Engaging with corporate entities, influencers, and project dealers to understand product needs, perceptions, and market dissatisfactions.
- Achieving sales volume targets as defined.
- Managing business operations through teamwork.
- Training and developing the sales team, fostering succession planning.
- Gathering intelligence on competitors' activities and leveraging it for the company's benefit.
- Conducting periodic meetings with dealers/customers to promote the company's products.
- Maintaining optimum inventory levels as per requirements.
- Ensuring timely material delivery through effective follow-up and coordination.
- Intervening in case of vendor issues, rejections, or payment discrepancies.
- Tracking complaints and implementing appropriate actions for resolution.
