About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Area Sales Executives to join our team across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing distributor and dealer networks within the Consumer Electronics/Home Appliances sector, with a proven track record of driving sales in both rural and urban markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners.

- Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies tailored to the region.

- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in both rural and urban markets.

- Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.

- Travel extensively within the assigned territory to manage and expand business operations.

Qualifications:

- 3-10 years of experience in the Home Appliances/Consumer Durables industry.





- Extensive experience in channel sales, with a strong network of distributors and dealers.

- Proven ability to effectively market products in both rural and urban settings.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.

- Strong persuasive skills and a positive, results-driven attitude.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

What We Offer:

- Market-competitive salary package: 25,000 - 40,000 per month (depending on location and experience).

- Travel allowances (TA/DA).
