Role Description The Tendering Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore.

The Tendering

Specialist will manage the end-to-end tender process, including identifying relevant tender opportunities, analyzing tender requirements, and coordinating internal inputs to prepare competitive proposals. This role involves drafting and reviewing technical and commercial tender documents, ensuring compliance with client specifications, industry standards, and organizational policies.

Specialist will work closely with procurement, operations, and finance teams to gather accurate data, cost estimates, and supporting documentation. Daily responsibilities include maintaining tender trackers,



monitoring deadlines, participating in clarification meetings, and supporting post-submission follow-ups and negotiations as needed to secure current contracts.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Tender Management skills, including tender identification, evaluation, documentation, and submission.

Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret tender requirements, assess risks, and develop competitive pricing and solutions.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for coordinating with internal stakeholders and engaging with clients or authorities.

Candidates should possess effective Proposal Writing skills to prepare explicit, accurate, and persuasive technical and commercial proposals.

Candidates should possess foundational Procurement knowledge to work with cost data, supplier inputs, and contract terms.

Relevant experience in tendering, contracts, or business development, preferably in certification, auditing, inspection, or related services.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously.

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with tender portals or e-procurement platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, engineering, or a related field; additional certifications in supply chain, quality, or project management are an advantage.
