Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tendering & Estimation Engineer role located in the Pune Division. The role involves preparing detailed BOQs, performing project estimations, and coordinating with internal teams to gather technical and commercial inputs. The Tendering & Estimation Engineer will review drawings and specifications, conduct market research for material and service pricing, and support tender preparation, submission, and post-tender clarifications.

The position also includes collaborating with vendors and contractors for quotations,



participating in negotiation processes, and maintaining updated records of estimates and tender documentation.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in BOQ preparation and project estimation.

Candidates should possess a solid foundation in civil engineering and understanding of construction/industrial infrastructure.

Candidates should possess effective negotiation abilities for vendor and contractor interactions.

Candidates should possess research skills for market analysis, cost benchmarking, and data validation.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

Experience in tendering, estimation, or cost engineering for industrial, warehousing, or infrastructure projects.

Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation/tendering software tools.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within deadlines.

Positive written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
