Tendering Engineer –

We are looking for an experienced and highly knowledgeable Tendering Engineer with strong expertise in Government Tendering, Tender Documentation, and Office Administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete Government Tendering processes from tender search to submission.
- Prepare and manage technical and commercial tender documents.
- Have strong knowledge of GeM, e-Tendering portals, government tenders, EMD, BOQ, eligibility criteria, and tender conditions.
- Prepare quotations, comparative statements, BOQs, compliance sheets, and other tender-related documents.
- Maintain proper office records and documentation.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Prepare professional reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and tender documentation.




- Coordinate with clients, vendors, departments, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders and maintain proper follow-up.
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills are required.

Preferred Candidate A smart, responsible, detail-oriented professional with robust knowledge of Government Tendering, Documentation, MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint, preferably with relevant experience in tendering and office management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
