Job Title: Tender & Estimation Executive – Commercial Interiors

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Salary: ₹40,000–₹45,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and eligibility criteria for government and private tenders.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and perform quantity take-offs from architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and commercial proposals for commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Float enquiries to vendors and subcontractors, obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and finalize competitive pricing.
- Identify and monitor relevant government and private tenders through GeM, CPP Portal, and other e-tendering platforms.
- Prepare, compile, and submit complete technical and commercial tender documents within specified deadlines.
- Coordinate with the Design, Projects, Finance, and Management teams to gather all documents required for tender submissions.
- Ensure all tender submissions comply with client requirements, contractual terms, and tender guidelines.
- Maintain tender documentation, BOQs, estimates, bid records, and project cost data.
- Track tender status, corrigendums, bid clarifications, and contract awards.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for pre-bid meetings, technical clarifications, and post-bid discussions.
- Monitor market rates, material pricing, labour costs,



and subcontractor quotations to ensure competitive bidding.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors for timely quotations and commercial support.
- Prepare MIS reports, tender status reports, estimation summaries, and other reports as required by the management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Tendering and Estimation for Commercial Interior Fit-Out projects.
- Mandatory experience in preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs, and project cost estimation.
- Strong understanding of commercial interior materials, furniture, civil works, false ceiling, flooring, partitions, painting, and MEP works.
- Proven experience in independently handling end-to-end government and private tender submissions.
- Hands-on experience with GeM, CPP Portal, or other e-tendering platforms will be preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid analytical, commercial, negotiation, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and estimation activities while meeting strict deadlines.
- Must be located within a commutable distance to Gurugram, Haryana.
