Role & responsibilities

- Downloading and reviewing tender documents from various government portals

- Evaluating tender requirements and eligibility criteria

- Online submission of tenders on respective portals

- Regular online interaction and coordination with PSUs

- Coordination with Accounts department for submission of financial documents

- Ensuring timely and accurate tender submissions

Preferred candidate profile

- DME/BE in Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 5 years of mandatory experience in Tendering

- Positive communication and coordination skills

- Experience working on GeM Portal (Government e-Marketplace)

- Familiarity with government e-tendering procedures.
