Designation : Tender Specialist / Engineer

Experience: BE / B. Tech in Mechanical + At least 2 years of experience

Industry: Sugar Industry / Engineering Consulting

Responsibilities

Handle confidential documents and ensure proper record-keeping.

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Liaise with internal teams for smooth operations.

Assist in project coordination and follow-ups with different departments.

Conduct research and prepare briefing materials for meetings.

Preparation of Technical Bid / Technical Datasheet of the engineering product by referring the internet data / manufacturer’s data etc.

Requirements

Experience: BE in Mechanical + At least 2 years of experience

Industry: Sugar Industry / Engineering Consulting

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Versatile, (Second and Fourth Saturday Off)

Office Location: Lower Parel
