Job Title: Tender Executive - Advertising & Marketing Bids

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Tender Executive with hands-on experience in managing end-to-end tendering processes within an advertising or marketing agency . The ideal candidate should have experience handling Government, PSU, Ministry, and corporate tenders, with strong expertise in bid documentation, compliance, and timely submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the complete tender lifecycle—from identifying opportunities to final bid submission.
2. Monitor tender portals such as GeM, CPP Portal, NIC, and State e-Procurement portals for relevant opportunities.
3. Review RFPs/RFQs/EOIs and prepare compliance checklists.
4. Prepare and compile technical bids, commercial bids, declarations, annexures, and supporting documents.
5. Coordinate with Creative, Finance, Business Development, Operations, and other teams to gather bid-related information.
6. Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely submission of tenders on various procurement portals.
7. Maintain updated records of company credentials, statutory documents,



work orders, certifications, and financial documents.
8. Track EMDs, tender fees, bank guarantees, and maintain MIS for submitted and ongoing tenders.

Desired Skills:

1. Proven experience in end-to-end tender management within an Advertising, Marketing, Media, or Communication Agency.
2. Robust knowledge of Government procurement processes and tender documentation.
3. Hands-on experience with GeM, CPP Portal, NIC, and e-tender portals.
4. Excellent documentation, proofreading, coordination, and organizational skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PDF/document management tools.
6. Ability to manage multiple deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualification & Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
2. 3–6 years of relevant experience in tender management within an advertising, branding, media, or integrated marketing agency.

A proactive professional with strong ownership, excellent follow-up skills, and the ability to manage the tender process independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
