Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns related to life insurance products.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of insurance policies to existing clients.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for sales performance metrics such as number of calls made, leads generated, and conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in banking sales, financial services or telecom industry with a focus on telesales or telemarketing.
- Solid knowledge of life insurance products and processes.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets through effective time management and goal-setting.
