- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle inbound inquiries and explain project details.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits.
- Follow up with customers and maintain CRM records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-ups.
Requirements
- Graduate or equivalent.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (Freshers can apply).
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Preferred: Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
