We are looking for motivated and target-driven candidates to join our International BPO team for an outbound UK lead generation process. The role involves making outbound calls to customers in the UK, identifying potential leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments or generating sales opportunities for the client.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to UK-based customers using a provided database.
- Introduce the company’s products or services in a skilled and engaging manner.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and eligibility.
- Generate high-quality leads and book appointments for the sales team where required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and productivity targets.
- Handle objections confidently and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Follow company scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
