We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers from the provided database. Introduce and explain the company's solar products and their benefits. Generate customer interest and qualify potential leads.

Schedule meetings between interested customers and the sales team. Follow up with customers to confirm appointments. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or database. Achieve daily and monthly calling and meeting-fixing targets.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.



Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Required Skills &

Qualifications Minimum 1 year of Tele Sales experience is mandatory. Excellent communication skills in Hindi (clear and fluent speaking is essential). Basic communication skills in English are preferred. Good convincing and negotiation skills. Ability to handle customer queries professionally. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM) will be an added advantage. Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
