Role Overview Paisawaala is seeking energetic, enthusiastic, and target-driven Personal Loan Executives to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with personal loan products, managing end-to-end loan processing, and achieving sales targets.





Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries and provide guidance on personal loan products Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for loan processing and disbursement Manage customer documentation and ensure completion of required formalities Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and lending partners until loan closure Maintain customer relationships and provide high-quality service Achieve assigned monthly sales targets Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities Eligibility Criteria Experience: 0 – 6 years in Personal Loan Sales Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply Good negotiation and convincing abilities Strong sales-oriented mindset Basic understanding of financial products will be an added advantage Skills Required Excellent communication and presentation skills Customer handling and relationship management skills Strong sales and target achievement ability Problem-solving and coordination skills Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
