Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Explain the company's products and services effectively.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Update call records and CRM systems.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for successful closures.

Eligibility

- HSC or Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, Gujarati, or Marathi.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with good time management.
