Role Description This is a full time, on-site Telemarketer role based in Ahmedabad. The Telemarketer will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce Adhishree Finserve’s financial products and services, generate interest, and qualify leads.

Daily tasks include explaining offerings clearly, answering basic queries, and scheduling appointments or follow-up calls for the sales or advisory team. The role involves maintaining call records, updating client information in internal systems, and meeting call and conversion targets.



The Telemarketer will collaborate closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure a consistent and positive client experience.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage professionally with diverse clients and build rapport over the phone.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and provide a helpful, respectful experience in every interaction.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify client needs, present suitable financial solutions, and support conversion of leads into opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Appointment Scheduling abilities to efficiently coordinate calls, meetings, and follow-ups for the sales and advisory teams.
- Comfort with phone-based work and high call volumes, with basic computer literacy for using CRM or call-tracking tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, follow structured scripts when needed, and meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or financial services is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: completion of secondary education
